| Recipe of the Month by Codi Delcambre City Secretary City of Argyle Peach Enchiladas 12 Flour Tortillas 2 c. Water 1 1/2 c. Sugar Cinnamon and Sugar 1 can Peach Pie Filling or fresh peaches with a little sugar 1 1/2 Sticks of Butter Roll peach filling into tortillas and place in a 13x9-inch baking dish. Boil 2 cups water, 1 1/2 cups sugar and 1 1/2 sticks of butter. Pour over enchiladas, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until brown and crispy on top.
