Amy Piukana, TRMC Town Secretary Town of Prosper, TX (Collin County) How long have you worked for your city and in your current position? Less than a year for the Town of Prosper What other municipal positions have you held? I have been in municipal government for 11 years. I started out as Administrative Assistant to Development Director then promoted to Assistant City Secretary at the City of Hurst, Texas. Tell us about Prosper According to the Dallas Business Journal, the Town of Prosper is one of the fastest growing communities in North Texas. It is the home of Deon Sanders and Randy White, both former Dallas Cowboys. Personal Facts & Interests My husband is Hawaiian, we have been married for 21 years. I have a daughter who is 15 years old and is a volleyball player at Richland High School and a son who is 10 years old. My hobbies are spending time with my family and two dogs: Romeo and Coconut. |
